Mr Pardeep Bansal is a leading business magnate, innovative leader and inspiring personality with original business ideas. He had a humble beginning in 1993 with the tea trading shop Shiv Shakti Tea Packeters at Dr. Kalinath Road, Siliguri (Darjeeling) West Bengal, India which has grown into the multi-brand packaged tea manufacturing giant Shiv Shakti Tea Trade Pvt. Ltd. At 35, Sukanta Sarani, Milanpally, Siliguri within a span of 14 years. Mr Pardeep Bansal has been concerned about the quality of food and beverage available in the market and launched Guru Sweets in 2010 which tasted instant success and now its chain of outlets is expanding rapidly. Against this backdrop of encouraging success and market support, Mr. Pardeep Bansal has conceived the idea of entering into the vital and much needed area of producing bio-organic agricultural inputs to help grow healthy crop, preserving & enriching soil ecology.
